Below Deck is BACK! Here’s what to expect as Captain Lee and his crew return to the Caribbean for ‘the most shocking season yet’, plus how to watch it FIRST in the UK

Here's what we’re loving about Below Deck and why you should be tuning in too!

We all know by now that we're in safe hands with Captain Lee, but even he has his work cut out for him when a new team of yachties come aboardmotor yacht St. David.

When you're not swooning over the stud-of-the-sea you'll be cringing, gasping, and having to watch through your fingers as the crew attempt to placate their most challenging lot of VIP guests to date.

Set on the luscious island of St. Lucia - boasting crystal-clear waters and the stunning Pitons mountain-range - the scenery should be enough to bring a sense of calm to all... unless of course, you're tasked with running a giant motor yacht.

WhileSt. David - a luxurious 197 ft vessel - leaves the crew marvelling at its size, they quickly learn the perils of working aboard such a mighty superyacht.

Racy: With familiar faces onboard as well as new crew, prepare for a boatload (pun-intended) of binging as you immerse yourself in the drama-filled world of the yachties

Plus, withCaptain Lee recently recovering from spinal surgery and battling a heart condition, is he able to keep up with the gruelling tasks onboard or has he returned to work too quickly?

Thankfully, he has some reliable crew members to help keep the ship running, like fan favouriteFraser Olender who's back on board but this time as Chief Stew.

With a new role comes a whole new raft of responsibility, however, and Fraser soon starts to question whether he will rise to the challenge or sink in the deep waters of the Caribbean.

And his crew aren't making things easy for him, with fellow stews and Below Deck newbies Hayley De Sola Pinto and Alissa Humber locked in a power battle on the high seas.

Ahoy there! Meet the crew of Below Deck Season 10

Lee Rosbach - Captain

With more than three decades of yachting experience under his belt, CaptainLee is a firm fan favourite.

However, with recent health woes rearing their head, will the Michigan native be able to keep afloat?

Fraser Olender - Chief Stew

After proving himself to Captain Lee and with four years' experience, Fraser is finally Chief Stew.

The English gent with a passion for travel is keen to prove himself but may struggle to keep others in check.

Hayley De Sola Pinto - Stew

New stew Hayley has travelled from the coast of Cornwall to the Caribbean and is ready to explore.

Her bubbly persona may make her a hit with charter guests but can be a tad overpowering for fellow yachties.

Camille Lamb - Deck/Stew

It may be Camille's Below Deck debut but coming from a family of merchant mariners she's by no means a novice.

The Mississippi native is also a singer - competing on American Idol last year - so is her head really in the game?

Katie Glaser - Deckhand

Originally from the dry and rocky plains ofColorado, Katie fell in love with the water after moving toFlorida.

A jack of many trades, she has worked in IT, recruitment and sales, but is now turning her hand to yachting.

Rachel Hargrove - Chef

While she may be mainly self-taught, there's no dish Tampa native Chef Rachel isn't afraid to tackle.

Rachel has travelled around the world with her cooking and isn't prepared to accept less than perfection.

Ross McHarg - Bosun

Ross has been exploring the sights of the world for 15 years and isn't ready to settle down yet.

This British yachtie can prove himself professionally but often blurs the lines with personal relationships.

Alissa Humber - Stew

While she may be new to St David, Florida native Alissa has been working on various yachts for two years.

She may pride herself on keeping the charter guests happy but the same can't be said of her fellow yachties.

Luis Antonio 'Tony' Duarte - Deckhand

Tony has always been a water baby, working as dive master and whale-watching guide before a deckhand.

Originally from Costa Rica, Tony's experienced with smaller boats but this is his yacht debut.

Ben Willoughby - Deckhand

A party-loving Aussie, Ben is always up for a good time and the first to suggest throwing a party.

Don't let his laidback persona fool you, however, as Ben has been working on yachts for three years.

Chef Rachel Hargrove is also back in thegalley, but with the pressure on to create themost intricate and delicate cuisine yet is she at risk of reaching boiling point?

Bosun Ross McHarg makes a welcome return and is working as hard as ever, but with that he often finds himself blowing off steam in a big way, and his crew romances land him inhot water.

Straddling the line of Deckhand and Stew isCamille Lamb, but will she be able to maintain her friendships both above and below deck?

Times are tough: While St. David - a luxurious 197 ft vessel - may leave the crew marvelling at its size they quickly learn the perils of working aboard such a mighty superyacht

Rounding up the crew are newDeckhands Tony Duarte, Katie Glaser and Ben Willoughby, who may be keen to learn, but have a long way to go before they achieve the perfection demanded by the fussy charter guests.

While the three department heads try to keep their crew in line, the entire charter season is put in jeopardy when Captain Lee makes an unexpected decision that rocks the boat to its core, leading to the most shocking season of Below Deck yet.

As if you needed any more convincing, Captain Lee himself has revealed that Below Deck fans are set to see 'something you would never expect would happen', hailing season 10 'the best season yet'.

Ever the tease, the stud-of-the-sea also revealed: 'I think it is the best crew we have ever had that were assembled in one place. Early on something happens that changes the whole dichotomy of the series.'
